## What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address, postcode and address
- Details of the work you ask about, quotes, bookings and orders
- Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or this website
- Photos of your property taken for quotes or installation records
- Technical data needed to run this website securely (for example IP address in security logs)

## Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to enquiries and give quotes (steps before a contract, or our legitimate interests)
- To arrange, carry out and support installations, and to take payments (contract)
- To keep accounting and warranty records (legal obligation)
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests)
- Occasional service reminders, only if you agree (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

## Who we share it with
Only with organisations that help us do the work: our payment provider Stripe (which processes card payments, card details never reach our servers), our website hosting and email providers, equipment manufacturers for warranty claims, and our accountant. We never sell your data.

## How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotes that do not go ahead: 12 months
- Customer, order and installation records: 6 years after the work (tax and warranty)
- Security logs: up to 90 days

## Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and for a copy to take elsewhere. Contact info@noortek.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

## CCTV advice
When we install CCTV at your home we advise on camera positions in line with the ICO guidance on domestic CCTV. You are responsible for how your own system is used.
