These terms apply when you buy products or installation services from NOORTEK LIMITED ("Noortek", "we") through this website, by quote or by phone. Company no. 13691721, registered office 20 Ayres Drive, Peterborough, PE2 8JR.

## Prices and quotes
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Package and installation prices assume standard access and cable runs as described. If our survey finds something different, we will tell you the revised price before any work, and you can cancel without charge if you do not accept it.

## Orders and payment
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. For installation packages you can pay a deposit of 25% when you order, with the balance due on completion. Products ordered without installation are paid in full.

## Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of your order (or of receiving goods) without giving a reason. If you ask us to start installation work within the 14 days, you agree to pay for the work done up to the point you cancel. Goods that have been installed or customised for you, or that you have used, may not be returnable. To cancel, contact info@noortek.co.uk or 07474 912212.

## Installation
We agree an installation date with you. Please make sure we have safe access, and tell us about any hazards. We will leave the work area tidy and test everything before handover.

## Guarantee
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty. We guarantee our workmanship and will put right any installation fault reported to us. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

## Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. CCTV and alarms reduce risk but cannot guarantee that crime will not happen.
