Your yearly on-site service includes cleaning all cameras and lenses with suitable camera cleaning products, checking cables and connectors, and fixing any issues. Data recovery is not guaranteed.

Something not working?
Our CCTV troubleshooting and call-out service finds the fault. Call-outs start from £250 without a contract. If the fault is covered by your warranty or your legal rights, you won't pay to have that fault put right.
Your legal rights
Our warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or work carried out by others. See our terms of sale.
