A business CCTV system has a different job from a home system. It may need to cover entrances, tills, stock, loading areas and car parks, and staff may need different levels of access to the footage. We start with a free site survey, walk the premises with you and agree what each camera needs to see.
We install and maintain Dahua, Hikvision and Uniview systems, and can often reuse existing cabling or recorders when you upgrade. Where you need more than standard cameras, we can add PTZ cameras, number-plate cameras and smart detection.
After installation we can look after the system under an annual service contract, so faults are found and fixed before you need the footage.
If you use CCTV at work, you're usually responsible for following UK data protection rules, including signs and how long footage is kept. The ICO publishes guidance for organisations, and we'll help you position cameras sensibly.

Often, yes. At the survey we check your cameras, recorder and cabling and tell you what can be kept. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts.
Can several people view the cameras?
Yes. We can set up access for owners and managers on phones and computers, and limit who can see what.
Do we need CCTV signs at work?
In most cases, yes. If you record people at work, you should tell them with clear signs. The ICO has guidance for organisations, and your own adviser can confirm what applies to you.
Can you maintain a system you did not install?
